Reporting Fraudulent Transactions
Fraudulent transactions should be reported immediately to Bank of America Commercial Credit Card Fraud Servicing at 1-866-500-8262. Cardholders should also alert the Administrator of Travel Credit Cards by emailing uatravel@uark.edu.
Before calling, make sure you have your credit card, your Workday employee ID, and the phone number associated with the account in front of you.
