Reporting Fraudulent Transactions

Fraudulent transactions should be reported immediately to US Bank Commercial Credit Card Fraud Servicing at 800-523-9078. Cardholders should also alert the Administrator of Travel Credit Cards  by emailing uatravel@uark.edu.

Before calling, make sure you have your credit card, your Workday employee ID, and the phone number associated with the account in front of you.
