Reporting Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

Lost, stolen, or damaged travel cards should be reported immediately to US Bank at 800-344-5696. This customer service line is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Please note: you will need your account number, Workday employee ID, and the phone number associated with your account any time you contact US Bank.

In addition to alerting US Bank, the cardholder must also notify the Administrator of Travel Credit Card Servies during normal business hours at 479-575-2551 or any time via email uatravel.uark.edu.
