Reporting Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
Lost, stolen, or damaged travel cards should be reported immediately to Bank of America at 1-888-449-2273. This customer service line is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Please note: you will need your account number, Workday employee ID, and the phone number associated with your account any time you contact Bank of America.
In addition to alerting Bank of America, the cardholder must also notify the Administrator of Travel Credit Card Servies during normal business hours at 479-575-2551 or any time via email uatravel.uark.edu.
